Terms & Conditions

Last updated: July 2025

1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any tour services booked through Rahmat Travel Guide. By using this website or making a booking, you agree to these terms.

2. Bookings and payments

All tour enquiries submitted via this website are treated as expressions of interest, not confirmed bookings. A booking is only confirmed once you have received written confirmation from us and the agreed deposit has been received. Full payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking.

3. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund conditions depend on the specific tour and timing of cancellation. These will be clearly stated in your booking confirmation. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation cover.

4. Travel to Afghanistan

Travel to Afghanistan involves inherent risks. It is your responsibility to consult your government's official travel advisories before booking, obtain appropriate travel insurance, and ensure you hold all necessary documentation including a valid visa. Rahmat Travel Guide accepts no liability for events arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5. Itinerary changes

While we endeavour to operate all tours as described, we reserve the right to modify itineraries where necessary due to safety, weather, road conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide suitable alternatives of equivalent value.

6. Liability

Rahmat Travel Guide acts as a tour operator and is not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or expense arising from events outside our control, including but not limited to acts of government, civil unrest, natural disasters, or the actions of third-party suppliers. Our liability is limited to the cost of the tour as paid.

7. Website content

All content on this website — including photographs, descriptions, and itineraries — is provided for informational purposes only and is subject to change without notice. We make no warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of any information on this site.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.
